ORDER CONFIRMATION:
Once your payment is successfully processed, you will receive an immediate order confirmation email. This confirms that your payment has been verified, and that your order will be prepared for shipment.
SHIPPING FOR SINGAPORE ORDERS:
We offer a standard courier fee of 13 SGD for all orders within Singapore. Your order will be delivered promptly via local courier services, ensuring fast and reliable delivery.
Estimated delivery time: 2-4 working days.
NEXT DAY DELIVERY FOR SINGAPORE
Next-day delivery is available for a $20 fee for orders placed by 3pm local time.
FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
WŪHAUS ships worldwide. All prices displayed at checkout are exclusive of import duties, taxes and customs fees. Shipping costs will be calculated during the checkout process. Import duties, taxes and customs fees are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the buyer. These charges are collected by the courier or local customs authority upon arrival and are separate from your order total. We utilize Express Shipping to ensure secure and efficient delivery.
Estimated delivery time: 3-7 working days, subject to customs clearance.
Before You Order
We recommend checking your country's import duty and tax thresholds before placing an order, particularly for shipments to the United States, where customs policy is subject to change.
WŪHAUS has no control over these charges and cannot predict the exact amount, as they vary by country, order value and local regulation.
Refused or Unpaid Customs Charges
If a parcel is refused or returned due to unpaid duties, taxes or customs fees, no refund will be issued. This applies regardless of the reason for refusal. WŪHAUS is not responsible for delays, additional costs or parcel disposal resulting from unpaid customs charges.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS:
If you need to return a product, please mail it to our designated address: 43 Jalan Merah Saga, Unit 02-78, Singapore 278115.
Kindly note that you are responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return. Shipping costs are non-refundable. In the event of an exchange, the return shipping costs will be deducted from the refunded amount. Please be aware that returning packages may be subject to taxes and duties, which you will be responsible for.
Please allow for variations in the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you, depending on your location.
For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee the receipt of returned items without proper tracking.
