    • Personalized, custom-made, or vintage items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are damaged or defective. 
    • All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. 


B. Damaged or defective items:

  • Provide your name, proof of purchase, a detailed description of the issue, and photos of the item.
  • Our team will assess the situation and determine the appropriate course of action, including repair, replacement, or issuance of a credit note.
