FOR SINGAPORE ORDERS

Standard shipping via local courier services is available for Singapore orders at $13.

Delivery time: 2 Working Days

Free self-collection at our store is also available. Should you opt for this, you will see shipping indicated as free upon checkout.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS 

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 43 Jalan Merah Saga, Unit 02-78, Singapore 278115.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund; do note that returning packages are subjected to taxes and duties that you will need to pay for.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Shipping payable will be calculated during checkout. Taxes and Duty is not included.

International Orders will be shipped via DHL Express Shipping.

Our pre-orders take 16 weeks for production. Once the item is ready, we will reach out to you through email, with the shipping details. Our standard shipping rates apply for both Singapore and International orders.
